Title: Canadian Shale Gas Play
Post by: c_invan on August 11, 2008, 02:39:57 PM
Shale gas is going to see big activity this fall and now is the time to
consider how to play this opportunity.
Apache Corp. and Encana are the big leaders in northern BC. Most others
will be drilling for the first time. I have found one company - Trivello
Energy Corp. (TSX-V=TRV) that is a small cap junior with some great
potential upside. Unlike most of the others Trivello et al has completed
two wells on their property and will be going in to frac, test, and flow
in this drilling season. The others in the area are drilling for the first
time. If their 51-101 report comes true, TRV et al should be bringing
their well into production with some great results.

Trivello Energy Corp. TSX-V "TRV"
52 week $0.15-$0.05
Average Volume (3mth) ~505,000

These penny stocks are very thinly traded. They remind me of the pump and dump junk on the trading forums.
