Cil. Tsx. V awarded government contract , share price up 55% in 3 days

Held Cil for over 4 months and nothing ever came about, now in the last 4 days its had volume, plus an increase of 55% in 3 days trading ..could be one to follow as its showing life

The good is they have not disclosed the full outline of the what the actual dollars of what the contract is worth and if their are more to come.
