companies tailored to elderly care?

everyone knows that the baby - boomers are getting old. One of the fastest growing industries over the next 10 years is Services for the elderly and persons with disabilities.

My question to you fellow traders is what kind of companies related to this industry d'you think would be best to invest in now as growth stocks for the next 10 years?
